What is the time commitment?

Expect a full, immersive day starting at 9 AM Pacific Time.

We'll have short breaks throughout the day and a lunch break with optional networking. While there's time to pause and regroup, be prepared for an intensive learning experience designed to fast-track your tech mastery.

Plus, don't miss our optional Implementation Power Session one week later for hands-on support and networking.

What happens if I can’t make a live session?

This intensive is specifically created as a live experience. However, if you have to miss part of the day, you'll have access to live recordings for 7 days after the end of the intensive.

You'll be also able to communicate and get feedback in the course community.

What’s the refund policy?

We have a "love it by noon (PT)" guarantee -  if you decide that the course is not for you, please reach out no later than noon PT on the day of the intensive and you'll get a prompt and full refund.

Do I need any prior tech experience or special equipment?

No prior tech experience is required; this intensive is designed to meet you where you are.

All you'll need to participate is a computer with a stable Internet connection and Zoom installed.

Whether you're a tech newbie or have some experience, you'll find the content accessible and actionable.

How long will I have access to the course?

The official intensive is 1 day long, and you will have a total of 1 week after we wrap up to re-watch the content, get help and feedback, and participate in the community.
